"Hey there back again, thanks for sticking with me for all my great tips and yet another tip for a good night sleep just in case the other ones don't work out cause you know, you've got to try them all. Some people can do like 5 or 2 and be good, some of us like me have to tend to do all of these tips to be able to get a good night sleep. So, next tip is drink some water. Okay, so I know most of us are like oh my god, I have to have my 8 glasses of water, I have to have 8 glasses of water every single day. You know what? So I'm going to have to, oh I only had 4 today so I better make sure I drink a ton more later on at night. Well yes and no. It's good to have your 8 glasses of water but if you're drinking a bunch of it before you go to sleep, you're going to end up getting up at night to have to go to the bathroom and that is a sleep disturbance. You're never going to get back to a normal amount of sleep where you go into the deeper stages again. So, what you want to do is with your juice, water, or any of your drinks and you know the wine included, make sure you stop at least 2 hours before you go to bed and then just before you go to bed, make sure you go to the bathroom really quick and this way you don't have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night and going pee, you'll be fine.
