"Hey there! Exercise, get your burn on earlier in the day and you'll sleep so much better later on in the night. Besides looking and feeling better, you can actually get a buddying system too if you feel like, oh I can't quiet get the exercise in. The earlier you do it, the better off you'll be. Later at night when you exercise sometimes that can actually disturb your sleep just because you got so much energy now, you just can't handle it and there's no place to go. So you end up just being awake at night unfortunately. But, earlier in the day or even at lunch time take a break, even some weights doing this. You know get that human growth hormone pumping away and you'll feel so much better later in the day and more tired. So you know what? Take this tip and make sure that you get a good night sleep.
