"Hey there, so glad you're sticking around. I've got all kinds of good tips for you and I'm glad that you got this one too, it's for a helpful night sleep, it's so much better for you, you're going to feel so much healthier overall including a good night sleep. The good thing is weight loss. Okay, we all talk about it and we all know no matter what, weight loss is going to be healthier for you. So what we need to know and what you need to know is that sleep apnea is the number one leading cause of sleep disturbance. I'm sure you know what sleep apnea is cause most people have it that are a little bit overweight. Basically is you loss oxygen in your sleep because you stop breathing and that actually wakes you up or disturbs your sleep. So basically losing weight is what you need to do. So get on a program, yeah, whatever it is, a good diet, good exercise, if you need to have a trainer or if you don't, have a buddy system, that's really helpful and it's a lot cheaper and it's going to be so much better for you.
