on 12/17/2008 I don't have the ocean, but I've used a noisy fan for years, bring it to hotels even. But believe it or not after trying things for my whole life, valerian, tryptophan, melatonin, what has helped the most by far is my Xocai Healthy Chocolate.

"Hey there back again, another healthy tip for you for a good night sleep. Can you hear that? It's the ocean. Yup, it's rolling and I'm loving it. What's great about this machine, it's actually a white noise machine and it has a lot of different options and it's great for helping you sleep. One thing that is great about it is the fact that it's actually helpful for people who are light sleepers like myself. I wake up to the lightest thing, you can drop a pen and I'll be like, what, what's going on, what's going on, I need to know, I'm awake now. Well the great thing about this is it actually cancels that out. You can also use a fan but this so much nicer, it has so many great options. You have the ocean like you heard, frogs chirping, you have rain running, you know how it is when it's raining outside at night and you sleep so much more soundly? Well this actually implies that same thing as that but artificially obviously and it's so helpful for you. You actually get into your circadian rhythm, you get into the deeper stages of sleep, you have great dreams, and you'll feel so much restful in the daylight, when the daylight comes. It's also more healthy and you've actually gotten a good night sleep. I'm kind of liking this. Waterfalls little bright. What else we go here? Summer night. Good health to you. "
