You'll be surprised how those can interrupt your sleep patterns or your sleep at all. The best thing to do is if you're allergic to any of these type things, you know the soy, the diary, the gluten products, the nuts or the peanuts especially, shellfish, all of those that tend to be, people have food allergies to, even corn, you want to be sure to avoid those. Even better if you can avoid them for at least 30 days, this way you really know if it's interrupting your sleep patterns and you can get a better night sleep in the interim and I can't say that word. But anyway, so make sure to avoid these, it'll really helps out for you and it's much healthier for you. Additionally if you want to, just go ahead and maybe you can go ahead just change these up a little bit. So instead of having your milk or dairy at night, have a nice caramel tea, caramel is very helpful, very relaxing for the body instead of maybe your gluten grains or something like that, have a little bit of brown rice or just a little bit of rice in general. It'll be nice and helpful for you and it helps to give your that carbs. Instead of your peanuts, maybe have some almonds or for soy, try other meat substitutes, chicken is always good especially turkey for that extra trytophane, trytophane, good luck. "
