"Hey there, back again. More healthy tips for a good night sleep. Alcohol. Okay, I know we like to ibidem it and I have to say that red wine is very good for you and it's delicious too and it keeps the cardiologist away or I should say the heart guy, it keeps the heart healthy. But, the problem is this bad boy and this can interrupt with your sleep patterns. Basically you won't even go into the deeper stages of sleep, although you may feel sleepy, you won't actually past the deep stages of sleep. And therefore you won't get your rejuvenation or your beauty sleep. I mean come on, you've seen how you look the next morning after a night out. Not only because the way it's affecting your body as far as dehydration, but you didn't get a good night sleep so your body is really not looking good or fab the next day. So what my recommendation is drink one or two glasses, give at least 2 hours before you go to sleep, because it takes about an hour to metabolize each drink. My recommendation definitely is the wine for sure. I know we all like the distilled spires because this doesn't add any fat, but this one is healthier for your heart. Cheers to you and a good night sleep."
