"Hey there, good to see you back again! Some good tips for sleeping right because we all need our beauty sleep and rejuvenation. Let me finish the clock. Okay got it, all set up, all for me. Another good thing for you to know is our circadian rhythms. What are those? Well in the past when we didn't have that much light going on, all that artificial light at all the times, we use to go to bed when the sun went down and get up when the sun rose. Well those are our rhythms and that's basically what our body clock is still on rather we want it to be or not. But of course we have like I do, this big bright light shining in my eyes, so my body automatically think, oh it must be daylight still or I need to be going to sleep for a really long time because it's so high and so bright. Well that's how it is probably for you. So, what's the old adage? Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, wise. Well I don't know about making your wealthier, but it would definitely make you healthier. Get to bed at a decent hour, try 9 o'clock, 10 o'clock. Those are the good hours to go to sleep because from 11 to about 1 o'clock at night, you're adrenal glands, and your liver, and your gallbladder are all going through a rejuvenation process, that it's actually on its own rhythm. So if you're awake during those hours, it never gets a chance to rejuvenate and neither do you. So now you don't have that beauty sleep anymore, you have more like ugly sleep or no sleep at all which really sucks. So try that out."
