on 8/2/2008 Yes, BUT, wont that lead to an addiction for these pills? If you by chance forget them one day, and you go to lets say a cottage or something, wouldn't that mean you wouldn't be able to fall asleep, because you don't have your meletonin?

"Hey there, back again! Some tips on better sleep cause we all need it definitely. Melatonin, this is amazing stuff and this is actually what your body produces when there's a complete absence of light when you sleep. But, if it's not a perfect world and you can't stand the sleep mask, I totally get it. Melatonin can actually be supplemented. It's a good thing to take, it's nice and your body automatically makes it, so it's not going to harm your body in anyway. This is all you need to need to do is take about one tablet, you know as directed, about 30 minutes before you sleep because it will start making you sleepy. Or at least make you go into the stages of sleep, so you start getting in the mood to go to sleep. And basically what happens is you're not going to get that weird feeling in the morning when you wake up and you're like all groggy and out of it because you've taken some sort of sleep medication. So I usually pop one of these, I take one. Oh these are actually kind pretty, they're pink and white. Pop one of those in my mouth 30 minutes before I go to bed and it helps me get into those better stages. Another thing great is your body, when it sleeps really well it makes Serotonin. Serotoninbasically is a neurotransmitter, it's excellent for the brain, it gives you better brain activity and it helps with depression. So you won't even get depression and if you do get it, it'll help you get out of it so much better too. That's what having a good night sleep will actually give you; health."
