"Hey there, back again here to tell you about some healthy tips about a better night sleep which of course we all need, beauty rest and rejuvenation. Basically you'll be surprised how this light, your outside light, or even the smallest little tiny light can disrupt your sleep patterns. Your circadian rhythm actually, there's a big word for you. But basically what that does is it doesn't allow you to actually produce melatonin which is a sleep hormone. I'm sure you've heard of it, a lot of people buy it as a supplement but your body actually produces it when there isn't any light available. So make sure you know, shut those blinds, get the sleep mask. This is key, this is actually will actually make sure that all light is actually out of your eyes. So what you want to do is when you go to bed at night, get in bed, put your sleep mask on and once you do that don't take it off because the minute you do you stop that melatonin reproduction and we all need a better night sleep."
