"Hi there. We're back again with some healthy digestion tips. One of the biggest tips for healthy digestion is obviously eating really healthy nutrient dense foods. What are nutrient dense foods? Well you the whole fruit, enzyme fruit like mango full of enzymes and lots of nutrients. Bananas are another enzyme rich food. Whole vegetables, whole grains like oatmeal for breakfast. And, of course you want some nutrient dense foods like yogurt, kombucha, some of the good fats that help with better assimilation and better absorption of nutrients and good for your digestion. So, basically all these foods that you see here represent it. That actually represents your digestion and your health. These are all whole foods. They're all setup to be good for digestion, enzymes; they're probiotics, the good fats. And, these will help you be actually leaner, healthier and happier. And, additionally some other things that you want to take note is make sure you take your fruit. Fruit juice is actually contain a lot of sugar. And, you end up drinking a lot more of it than you don't really need. Eating the whole fruit actually gives you the fiber and all the nutrients. Much better absorbed this way. And, actually it lends itself to actually having less sugar in your diet because; you don't want to have a ton of sugar. Even if its fruit juice and think, oh it's just fruit juice. It's still a lot of sugar. This way it is much more nutritious and good for you."
