"Healthful shopping for your healthy food. Tip: for enzymes and probiotics, definitely, you've got your Kombucha which is--mmmm...that's pretty good--something, of course, that you want to--you're going to have to get a little used to. This is fermented tea; lots of probiotics in there. What do probiotics do? It actually is good bacteria that help, very beneficial to your digestion, and to digest your nutrients and everything like that. Of course it's very similar to your yogurt, which I'm sure everybody knows about. That's really good for your digestion and for your stomach and for digesting your nutrients and everything else like that. But this is a nice drinkable version that's refreshing; it's great in the summer time when you're really hot. It is an acquired taste, but it has a lot of fun flavors. Grape is usually the one I let people know to start out with, just because it has kind of an odd flavor to it, but it's delicious, once you get used to it. And your enzyme fruits--I know it's so easy to be like, "Oh I'm just going to pick up some pears, I'm going to pick up some apples, and I?m going to pick up..."--these type fruits. Those are good too--very nutritious--but you need to want to lean a little bit more on--when you go shopping--on some more enzyme fruits and vegetables. Some of these are your bananas, it's your mangoes, there's avocados (very delicious and good fats right there, in addition to the enzymes), because these are going to help you digest your meal, and make sure that you get all the nutrients out of your nice healthy meal that you bought at the healthy food store, or just at the regular supermarket. So you want to lean towards these, and especially if they're organic and they're made in the U.S.A., they won't be sprayed trying to get over."
