"Alright we have our sour dough bread and how this is so much more healthy. Why is it more healthy? Why is this much more beneficial than the other whole grain bread that I buy or that you buy I should say because I don't do it? Anyway, the big thing is that sourdough breads, leavened breads are actually beneficial, they actually have those probiotics. The probiotics are the good bacteria that actually can help populate your gut. And what makes it better is that it's actually better for digestion and when you have good digestion what do you have? Healthy body, better nutrient absorption. You actually absorb the nutrients in here, so much better. And additionally it's just the fact they leavened and naturally leavened and actually has risen on it's own. It actually has more nutrients that are even available to you to absorb even better. But the problem is that when you buy normal yeast or bread, even if it is whole grain bread, it actually has a problem with giving you yeast problems, Candida overgrowth in the body, yeast overgrowth in the body. Woman probably know about that a little more often because we can have all kinds of infections and that type of thing. It can give you indigestion and stomach bloats and all sorts of horrible things. So, enough contributed to the yeast that was added to your yeasted whole grain bread. But sourdough bread has no yeast added. It's just natural live yeast that come from the air that are beneficial to you and give you beneficial probiotics. Healthy for you and your digestion."
