"Hi there! This is Lisa La Barr, certified nutritionist and expert for the day, on Expert Village. I actually work in Beverly Hills, been doing this for a long time, so I know a lot more than I probably should know, and it's kind of a little frightening to be with me when you go out to eat, because I know too much information. But what you want to know, what we're going to go over today is, healthy foods and how to shop for them. There's all kinds of little ins and outs, and things that you need to know when you go to the supermarket, especially that health food store. When you automatically go in there, and you think everything is healthy--eh,eh,eh,eh,eh--that's not it. We're going to take a look at that and a bunch of information, and what kinds of things are there that'll be nice and healthy for you that you can choose, and things you want to look for, and things that are important, and things that are definitely not important. So we're going to go over those type things. The meats, the produce, where it should come from, why it should be flown in, why it shouldn't be flown in, and what are omega-3s, and what are they doing in meats, and is that even healthy for me. We're going to go over all that, coming up."
