"In this clip I'm going to be talking about your toes so we're going to be rotating the toes one by one just like we did in the other clip. We did the distraction and the separating of the ankle and we are going to do the same thing with the toe. I am taking each toe by the base and I am giving it a little rotation one way and several rotations the other and then I'm going to give it a pull. Now I'm facing the foot in this manner so I can see exactly where it is that I am going and all I am doing is I am leaning. I'm not pulling with my arm. You rotate the toe one way and you rotate it the other way and I am leaning out. With the middle toe I rotate it one way and then I rotate it the other. Sometimes you are going to hear it crack so what you do is you rotate it just again. Rotate it one way, rotate it the other, pull and the same thing with the other and then pull. You can even go back and do a little mini rotation. Again I am loosening up the tendons and joints."
