"I've changed positions. Before I was in the back position so now I am facing the foot. In this clip I am going to be facing the foot doing the same things I was doing before but in a different position. I am looking at the table and I am facing the foot. If I were to be looking this way, it is not going to be as effective. So I am going to be looking at the foot, putting it above my knee and I am also holding the foot underneath to stabilize it because that way it has better control. Now I am going to be doing the same things we did before. I am going to be pressuring in observing that I am going to be using my hand underneath to stabilize it and I'm looking at the foot now this way and I have better access to the heel. I can go all the way around the heel. Don't ever forget the heel it is what we step on first mostly and go all the way around. If I need help stabilizing my elbow, then I would be using my other hand to do that to assist it in going all the way around. I'm not going to be doing this either too fast or too slow."
