"In this clip I would like to show you how to use anything other than your fingers. We want to save our fingers as much as possible. So, I can my knuckles, I can use my knuckles here or I can use the flat of my fist. I am going to go into the foot directly. I am using the flat of my fist. Now I can also go in with my fingers and go to certain points. All the time i am using my body, my trunk to go in. I am not using my arms. My arms are just following. What I am trying to avoid is using my thumbs. Actually I should say I am trying to over. I am trying not to overuse my thumbs. So I would go in with my knuckles. I am just leaning in. I am not going too fast. I am not going too slow, and I am going to different points of the body. There is no certain points specifically. This is not reflexology. This is just massaging the feet. Now I can use two fingers. I can use all four. I am just compressing in... compressing in... going very softly down. Going all the way and don't forget the heel."
