"I'm doing circular motions in this clip. We're going to be going all the way around in circles. My 4 digits on each side are going to be going around and around. My thumbs are staying together and I'm just going slowly. The key to doing head massages is mostly just doing it in circular motions. If you keep a same rhythm throughout, then you're going to see how nice and relaxing and soothing it is. You keep it in a nice relaxing motion going all the way towards the crown. Again, if you want to apply more pressure, you start coming with your feet using your torso going in. I'm applying pressure, applying pressure. Then once I get to the crown, I can put a little bit more pressure into it. I've got the same motion. In circular motions. Nice big circles all the way towards the crown. My hands are very gentle. They're not very tight. Starting again from the base of the head. I've got both of my hands able to touch both ears. That's how big the circles are. You can do little circles if you want, but big circles are nice big and gentle. "
