"I'm going to be doing pressure points on the head in the prone position, which means face down. Using my thumbs very gently, I can either do this standing up or I can do this sitting down. For now, I'm going to be doing it standing up because I want good body mechanics. I'm going to be pressing down at the base of their head, the top of their neck. My fingers are light. Their soft. I'm going towards the crown. I'm sitting down because I can face the crown a little bit easier. I'm not in any uncomfortable position. I'm going towards the crown. I can do the same thing coming to the sides. I'm sitting down going towards the crown giving light pressure, having my thumb as directly on the skull as possible. If I'm going to the side of the head, I might use 2 of my fingers over here to get that same pressure. My thumbs. That means I would have to be putting them out here, and I don't want to be jeopardizing my wrists or my fingers in that manner."
