"I'm going to be talking about doing pressure points on the head. I'm going to be using my thumbs, but most of all, I'm going to be using my body and using my feet in a launched position. Even though I'm sitting down, because that's what's going to be pushing me forward. I don't want to be using my arms. I'm not going to be using my shoulders, but my hands are going to be in a butterfly position and I'm placing my hands on top of the head like this and I'm pushing in with my torso. My feet are pushing my body and I'm moving down towards the crown. I'm moving down towards the crown and these motions very gently. Not too fast. If you like it to be deeper, then let your partner know. Just bring it to the crown. Now I'm going to separate my thumbs and I'm going to be doing be doing the same motion. It's a bit more challenging here to do it from the feet, but it's still definitely possible. The whole time I'm moving towards the crown, moving towards the center of the head."
