"I'm going to continue talking about sinuses, going in and giving it a good drainage for not just relieving any type of headache or tension that we might have in there. Using my index fingers, I can press down. Always going towards the temple. I'm doing it in a very slow manner. I'm not going too fast because I'm imagining it, I'm visualizing it draining. Starting at the bridge again. Now I'm going down the middle of the nose. Always going on top of that cheekbone very lightly and going towards the temple and giving it a spin. It doesn't matter if you're going one way or another. As long as it's being done. The bridge, then I'm going to the lower part of the nose, and I'm pressing in going towards the temple. You can use your index. You can use whatever fingers you want. If you'd like to at the end, what you can do is just give a glide back."
