"I'm going to be talking about the middle face area. This is where our sinuses are. When we have sinus headaches, this is where we're going to feel it first. If they're too dry or if they're too congested, this is a wonderful way to get rid of all that sinus congestion and a lot of drainage. I would suggest you put the head up in a more angled position. That way you can start draining easier. With the inside of my thumbs, I'm going to be starting at the bridge of the nose and I'm just putting light pressure and pressing down. I'm working my way towards the temple and I'm going softly. It doesn't necessarily have to be with the inside of the thumb. It just so happens to be easier given the position I'm in now. I can also use the tip of my finger. I can press down. If you have a sinus headache or any type of sinus problems, then this can be very tender, very tender. I go in with a lot of checking in with person that’s on the table and seeing how it feels for them. "
