Video Transcript

"I'm going to be talking about massaging the head. The encompasses the face, the side, the front, the top, the back, everywhere. Even the chin and a little bit underneath the jaw. To say hello to the head, what I'm going to do is I'm just going to place my hands in the butterfly position and I'm going to say hello very gently. I'm going to be working on the face, so I'm going to be using my thumbs, the inside of my thumbs, very gently. I'm pressing on the forehead, going towards the temple. When I get to the temple, I give it a little rotation. I'm going to the middle forehead and I'm pressing down lightly. I'm not pressing in too hard. Going towards the temple and giving it a rotation. I'm going just above the eyebrows, pressing them very lightly and moving out towards the temples again."
