Okay good morning this is the beginning of a day in the life of macrobiotics's. This is what I do each day in order to live a healthy macrobiotics lifestyle and my day start by waking up in my all natural bed that is so comfortable and luxuries. I get the greatest night sleep with my all natural cotton sheets and my pillow that is made with latex which is actually a natural rubber material not polyester, not feathers. I don't want to be inhaling those thing during the night when I sleep. So I sleep in the most natural fiber and natural material possible so I get a really good healthy night sleep."
