"Now, related to the jaw muscles are the muscles in like the tempo and the head and this is another cause for chronic headaches and it can be quiet painful. So we want to use painless the neck now to move up from the jaw area, up into the tempo area. You can massage all around in the tempo area, you can even get up into the forehead a little bit and massage up towards the forehead and around the scalp and then you can also move the painless the neck down into the neck. You can start to massage the neck while seated and move painless the neck up and down the muscles of the neck and you can go right up under the occipital ridge on the back part of your skull and you can massage in those areas and relief all of that tension."
