"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gail Stolove in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with Wholly Macro and today we're talking about how to use a Spine Aligner and painless the neck. Now, I know I've mentioned several times, but you've might not of really quiet connected it, but you can actually take the Spine Aligner with you and you can put it behind your back and you can use it while you're seated in your car on your relaxing commute to and from work or just when you go on a nice drive or a long trip. You place it behind your back and you can lean against it in the driver seat or in the passenger seat and you can massage your back this way. It really, really helps with the tight muscles that develop when you're seated in the car for a long period of time. You can use it at your desk also at your desk chair in the say way or while watching television or watching a movie. It's really a lightweight, easily transportable tool."
