"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gail Stolove in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with Wholly Macro and today we're talking about how to use a Spine Aligner and painless the neck. So we've shown you the basic routine that we like to do using Spine Aligner. Please feel free to experiment with it and try other things. Many people that we know have and they find all kinds of new and different things to do with it. Using it in back of you at the computer desk, leaning against it in your chair and I know that it looks relatively benign, but when you lay on it, it's a complete experience, I can't explain. You must try it in order to appreciate it. When you lay on it, people have a lot of fear about their back and their muscles and their pain, so when you lay on it you may feel a little cautious at first, but once you get use to it and get use to the relief and the melting away of the stress and tension in your back, you absolutely can lay on it and fall asleep on it. It becomes so comfortable, that's how relaxed your back muscles become."
