"Another variation of the Triangle Pose, Trikonasana is Warrior Two Virabhadrasana Two. And, Cindy here is going to demonstrate it for us. So, I'm going to have you take a nice five star. Beautiful. Extend your arms all the way out. Slightly pull those shoulder blades together, opening up through the chest. Now, turning your toes out to the right. Right toes to the right, left tail drops back very slowly. Now, I'm going to have you bend the right knee without leaning to the right. So, just bending the right knee but go over those right fingertips. Now, as soon as you come into your pose three little things to check on. Aiming this right knee towards the pinky toe, tuck the tail bone under, relax the shoulders away from the ears. Extend through the fingertips, looking over those fingertips. Beautiful. And, very slowly coming out of it straightening out the right knee. Take the toes to face forward. Bend the knees, step together. Inhaling, arms up. Exhaling, heart center."
