"Another variation of the triangle pose, you can go into your warrior poses. So Cindy here is going to be showing us Virabhadrasana one, warrior one, today. So I'm going to have her come into a nice five-star, nice wide gait, extend your arms all the way out. Now you want your ankles as wide as your wrists. I'm going to have you come out a little bit wider. Beautiful. Now turning your toes to the right. The right toes to the right, drop that left heel back. And slowly twisting facing forward. Beautiful. Notice both hips are facing forward, both shoulders are facing forward. Slowly and gently inhale up the arms. Bend that right knee, and lower it down. Beautiful long spine. Now she can stay upright or she can take a gentle back bend, looking up towards the sky. It's her preference, her, her practice. Lovely. Again, she could have the arms straight up, or have them in shiva mudra. Index fingers coming, fingers together, yes, index fingers pointing. Beautiful Virabhadrasana one. Take a nice inhale, exhale gently, drop the arms to down to your sides. Stepping forward, inhale arms all the way up. Exhale, hard center."
