"A variation of the Crow Pose is a beautiful Side Crow. It is also the arm balance, a little hand balance there. So we're going to have Risa demonstrating it. So Risa, I'm going to have you come into a squat. Now moving over to the left side of your mat, take the hands, and do kind of a little flip to the sides, bending the elbow to make that shelf for your knees. Keep the chin lifted, and just gently lower the knees onto that arm. And we're going to keep the chin lifted. If you're looking down you're going down. Breathe into it. Never hold the breath. Very gently lower down out of it. Drop down to your knees, lowering into Child Pose. Now with the arm balance, it is always good to kind of twist at the wrist. Twist at the other side. Place your forehead on your mat, and relax into Child Pose, Vilasana. Always ending your poses with a nice relaxation pose."
