"A modification to the Half Fish Lord Pose, is with one leg extended, straight forward. And Sue will be demonstrating it for us. I'm going to have you go ahead and extend the left leg, straight forward. Beautiful. Now taking the right foot over the left knee, now making sure the sole of the foot is onto the mat. Now I'm going to have you hug this in, opposite arm, there you go, perfect. If your right knee is up and over, you want to hug it in with the opposite arm. Now, taking the right hand behind you, now facing forward. Take a good inhale. Exhale slowly, twisting to the right, and again, along with the full pose, even though the leg is extended, you still want to keep the shoulders level. The hand is behind you in Spider Mudra, so you're not able to lean upon it. It keeps you from leaning on it. The hand is there just for a brace. Notice her head is very gently turned, not straining the neck. Beautiful. The twist is at the ribs. Spine stays nice and long. Coming out of it, take a nice inhale. Exhale slowly, unwind. Extend the other leg."
