"Pose nine of the series is Half Fish Lord, Ardha Matsyendrasana. Sue here is going to demonstrate it for us. It's best to start this Half Fish Pose, Half Fish Lord Pose into Thunderbolt. So, I'm going to have her starting in Thunderbolt. Have her drop her hips over to the right. Now, take in this left leg crossing over the knee. Sole of the foot is onto the mat. Now, she wants to release this foot from out from underneath her. You want to make sure you have both cheeks on the ground. Beautiful. Now, hugging this knee in with the opposite arm. Beautiful, with your right arm. Now, drop the left arm behind you. Take a nice inhale. Exhale, slowing twisting to the left. Now, notice how both of her shoulders are nice and level. Continue hugging in that knee. And, you're getting a really good hip stretch through here. Now, she's not leaning on this back arm. It's just there to brace her and she's also very gently looking behind her. Never straining your neck in this pose. Take a very nice inhale. Exhale, slowly unwind out of it. Coming back into Thunderbolt, Vajrasana. Hands to the knees."
