"A modification of Incline Plane, is Incline Table-Top. If your practice at this point in time does not allow the Incline Plane, you can come into this lovely pose, Incline Table-Top. So I'm going to have both of them, very slowly, drop your arms behind you. Sue is going to be having her fingers pointing away. Risa shall be having her fingers pointing towards her. Placing your feet on the mat, bent knee. Now coming into the pose, take a nice inhale first. Exhale, lifting the hips up, coming into that Incline Table-Top. Beautiful. Pressing the hips up to the sky, dropping the head back only if it's comfortable. Please remember you can lift the head if you need to, looking straight forward. Lovely. Very empowering pose. Take a nice inhale. Exhale very slowly, and gently lower down to the ground. Extend your legs straight forward, drop your arms to your sides. Let's come into that centering breath. Inhaling arms up, exhaling heart center."
