"Sue here is going to demonstrate a variation of the Fish Pose. She's going to be going into Lotus Pose, Padamasana. So I'm first going to have her sit in Lotus. Feet down just a little bit. In Fish Pose you can not only lay flat on the back, but you can also come into Fish Pose. So, slowly lowering back. And the same with regular Fish Pose, when the legs are straight, you're going to be bringing your arms underneath your hips. Really reach down, reach, reach, reach, reach, reach. Beautiful. And inhale. Lift up the chest. Exhale, lower the crown of the head down to the mat and see the beautiful back bend. Beautiful expansion, chest expansion right there. Throat beautifully opened up. Beautiful counter-move to the shoulder-stand in Halasana poses. But in Padamasana. So coming out of it very slowly. Inhale up the head, exhale lower down the back. Release the legs from Padamasana. And come into Shivasana."
