"A beautiful variation of the halasana plow pose is the pose of tranquility, and I've got Sue here going to demonstrate it for us today. So I'm going to be having her laying down on her back and lower down just a little bit more, perfect. Alright, first coming into shoulder stand, sarvangasana, lifting up, move elbows close together, support your weight, yes. Now making sure you're not looking side to side from this point on, lower the legs to where they're literally over the head, and then we're going to lift them into the pose of tranquility. So you're getting a nice angle of the legs, lift up, beautiful. Now, lifting the arms up, fingertips towards the sky. Notice how she's balancing on those shoulders. Pose of tranquility, a very calming pose, a beautiful balance, and then a lovely inversion. And go ahead and drop your arms down to the ground, and we're going to have you lift the legs at the 45 degree, and slowly lowering down back onto the ground. Use your core muscles as you lower down, lower the legs and coming into savasana, palms up, feet apart."
