"Sue's here going to show a very beautiful, a variation of headstand. She's going to be bringing her legs into eagle pose. So I'm going to have her come into child pose. Taking that moment to stop, very important, to come into child pose before the headstand and to come into child pose after the headstand. And finding your measurement, bring the elbows underneath, really wrapping around, make sure you feel the other side of the arms. Head into the hands. Notice how her thumbs are nice and relaxed and not clutching. Come to a nice straight back. Walk it forward. Beautiful. Lifting up, not kicking up. Always try to come into your headstand with purpose. Lovely. Beautiful. And slowly coming out of it. Bend the knees. Come down opposite the way you come up, and going into child."
