"Martha here is going to be showing another variation of Headstand. Ekapada Sirsasana, one-legged headstand. It is a wonderful pose that uses a lot of core work. So, before you ever do this pose please make sure you do a nice one-legged at a time. So, we're going to come into it. Excuse me, this is Staff Sirsasana where she's going to be coming straight up and into an L Pose. So, coming into Child. Breathe, just take a breath or two. And, elbows under measuring off. Finding her tripod. Tucking those toes. Straight, beautiful back. Find your Headstand. And, very slowly she's going to lower down engaging the core muscles. Pressing out through the heels. Lifting right back up. And, whenever you're ready lowering down the knees and coming back into Child Pose. Lower down gently. Beautiful."
