"The next break down for the sun salutation is taking your inverted "V" into a nice low lunge. So I'm going to have Sue here come on to her hands and knees, table top. Table top pose, beautiful. Knees are underneath the hips. Wrists are underneath the shoulders. Now I'm going to have her do her measurement which is one hand print forward, for her inverted "V". Have her tuck her toes, take a nice inhale, exhale, lifting up into it. Beautiful, inverted "V" pose and we're going to be taking it into a nice low lunge. I'm going to have you lift your head and look at your hands. Step the right foot forward, right between the hands. Beautiful. Now drop the knee, release to the top of the foot, looking straight forward. Heart shining through. Beautiful, let's take it back into inverted "V". Tuck the toes, bring it back. I'm going to keep her balanced here, so I can let her do her other side. Looking up, left foot steps forward right between the hands and if you need to at anytime going in from inverted "V" into a nice low lunge, you can grab a hold of the foot and just step it forward. So, either stepping it forward at one step or if you need to please feel free to just grab a hold of the foot and place it between the hands and she is in her beautiful low lunge."
