"Now we're going to go on to insomnia. Now, of course, you can count sheep. You can do breathing exercises which are really important. But in terms of herbs, I think that, my favorite of course, is Valerian and you can do one to two teaspoon of the dried root because you probably won't find a solid extract. If you do you just need to take a little bit, but if you've got the dried root you just want to take one to three teaspoons, you can also go up to four. Put boiling water over it, steep it for at least 15 minutes, if not 20 minutes. And, take that about 45 minutes before bed. Another great one is Lemon Balm. And not only is Lemon Balm a sedative, but it's very soothing for your stomach. So, if you've had a heavy meal that night, it will do a double job there. Another is Chamomile. And, again, if you have a ragweed allergy, be careful. If you, better to try a few different ones because over time the Chamomile might give you a ragweed allergy. Again, you can take two teaspoons of a cup of water and take that about 45 minutes before bed. And, lastly, Lavender is very soothing, very calming. Sometimes I just squirt this into a pillow and it's very calming and very relaxing and it'll help you have a really great sleep. So, those are a few tips for insomnia and now we're going to go on to indigestion."
