"Okay, we're going to talk about allergies now. Now what are allergies? Allergies are an abnormal reaction to something that is actually very normal. It's just that you happen to have an immune system that is overreacting. Now one of the most common allergies, of course, is Hay fever. So what do you do in Hay fever season? Your eyes are running, your nose is running. You might be congested. Your eyes are burning and you really can't go outside. Now what's happened is that your body is giving off histamine which normally is great in an allergic reaction because the substance it's reacting to is a bacteria or virus, but in this case, it's going to be pollen. So what do you do? You think about Quercetin. Now Quercetin comes from garlic and from onions and it has an effect on the prostaglandins. So your body is not going to react in a way that; it just comes the reaction down. Now the plant that I love to use is Nettles because Nettles as a tea is perfect. You just have to put a couple to tea spoons in a tea pot with boiling water. I put sometimes six teaspoons and then I got a whole container for the day. Not only is it good for those allergies that come on, but it's really good for the adrenal glands. So, it helps in that way to just let everything calm down and heal itself. Now it may be that you are going to have to take this everyday and you're going to have to add some bee pollen. Now with bee pollen, it's really important to get it from your own area because the bees are going to those flowers that you may be allergic to and this is what it looks like; beautiful orange and again the bee pollen will help your immune system to ward off the reaction. Now there are other things that you can do because some foods; like dairy or wheat; very common will be compounding the problem. So I suggest that you back off eating those foods perhaps for a very long time but certainly during your Hay fever."
