"So first I'm going to show you how to make a tea out of herbs. So let's say I'm feeling very bloated and I think, hmmm, I'd like to have some peppermint. So I take a couple of teaspoons of peppermint leaves. Put it in the teapot. And I get my boiling water. And I just pour a cup of boiling water over the two teaspoons of peppermint tea. And so that the volatile oil will not leak out I put on the lid and let's just say that we've been waiting for ten minutes. Then we just pour it with a sieve so that we don't get any of the plant material into the cup of tea. And then we've got this cup of peppermint tea. It tastes good and it?s able to just, if there's any muscle spasms in my G.I. tract, it just calms everything down. It?s also able to increase the bile secretion. So it?s a beautiful herb to have after dinner."
