"The key word here really is preparation and it's always a good idea to write down a list of any questions you?re having, issues that come up problems, different kinds of pain, and side effects from medication and just have that handy ahead time for when you go to the doctor. That when you get there if your tired, not feeling well or anything else it's going to be easier to remember what you needed to talk to the doctor about. It's also a really good idea if you have someone who can go with you a friend or family member who can kind of back you up, support you not just moral support but can also help you think of things that you might not of thought of to ask the doctor while you are there. Another list you may want to bring with you is a list of the medications you are on names , doses as well as side effects and positive effects because that is going to help the doctor get a gauge on what is really helping you and what is not and adjust accordingly."
