"This tape is about transitioning from meat. Pretty much when you decide that you're never going to eat meat again in your life, you need to go kind of slow and be very, very careful. You also need to make sure that you eat a lot of protein. You need to make sure that your kitchen is stocked with pecans, with cashews, with peanuts, with every kind of protein. All of these protein replacement products, you're going to want to fill your kitchen with those so you make sure that you're eating a lot of protein. Go really, really slow. If one day you wake up two weeks into it and you're craving a hamburger, then perhaps maybe you should go get that hamburger. Or, maybe you could also try eating a vegetarian hamburger first making sure you eat a lot of protein that day. If you still eat eggs make sure you eat a lot of extra eggs maybe that day. So, take it slow. My husband finally decided he was going to be a vegetarian, and I told him, "Whatever you do, if you start craving something, you let me know what you're craving." And then listen to your body. If it's craving a chicken, maybe you're craving protein and not so much the chicken. Go real slow, take it easy. If you eat meat, no big deal. Start again the next day. You'll be okay."
