"This clip is about nuts. Nuts are incredible. They are a wonderful source of protein. I absolutely love them. I can remember being a girl and being called into the kitchen. My mother and father had bought several big bags of nuts. And they said, "We’re going to have nuts in the refrigerator from now on". Because the refrigerator, if you keep your nuts in the refrigerator, they won't go bad as quickly. The oils in the nuts will go bad and taste funky really fast. So they said, "We’re going to keep them in the refrigerator but we want you to be aware how you're supposed to eat them. We want you to go every once in a while, go and get a hand full. Eat a nut. Next couple of hours maybe another small little handful. Don't just sit and eat all of them at once". So I have learned that I also like to keep a big box of them. And we crack them. And sometimes my husband and all get so hungry for protein, we'll just sit and eat cracked nuts and eat them. Here some of Pecans. One of the purest form of nuts that you can possibly eat is cashews. Cashews are incredible. Raw cashews are absolutely the best nut you can eat."
