"This clip is about protein. Honestly, I think we worry a little too much about protein because you can overdose on protein. You can eat too much protein but, I can see how it would be a concern. So one of the things you're going to do for protein, especially when you first start, you're going to make sure you eat a lot of protein. You're going to get that by beans. Beans and rice, brown rice not white rice, are the purest forms of protein that you can possibly eat. The amino acids in that combined meal of rice and beans is incredible for your body. There are several other things that bring protein. You have, this is a peanut product. So you can eat something like this. You can slice it, you can fry it, you can sauté it, you can pour tomato sauce on it, whatever you want. This is a good form of protein. A lot of things that you can do is, you can eat nuts. You can, a lot of people say, "oh, cheese, naturally cheese." Well, if you're a vegan, you're going to have trouble because you can't eat that cheese. And, personally, I don't care for it myself, so I'm not going to eat that much cheese. It's, it's okay, it's got cholesterol in it. Other forms of protein. The Morning Star products are incredible. They're my favorite. I love the bacon. I love the little sausage patties that they do. So to me, gluten is the best form of protein that you can possibly get. "
