"This is about the grocery store and being a vegetarian. Be prepared for the first couple of times you go to the grocery store. You're going to have to spend some extra time. I promise you. You're going to have to pick up a can and you're going to have to read the ingredients. And a lot of times the ingredients are going to be tough to read and you're going to have to learn. One thing I've discovered that, if they say beat powder, b-e-a-t, that's generally not going to have meat in it. I don't know what the difference is, but I have discovered that and it's very interesting. You're going to have to read the ingredients of every can. One thing that's interesting is Bush. This product right here, this company, on a lot of their stuff, they don't put meat in their beans and other things that they cook. Their black beans are good, there's no lard. So, this is a company that I've learned to trust somewhat, but I always check the back of the ingredients. My husband always laughs at me. "What's taking you so long." "Oh, I'm having to read the back of everything I do." And I'm always looking for new products. And, when you're always looking for new products, you're always looking at the ingredients. Here's another one, Gardenburgers, these are good. One of my favorites is Morning Star. And you see I have some products here. This is Worthington and this is a specific product, a close market thing that you'll have with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. You can find it in sporadic places throughout the country. Whole Foods does not carry it. Sometimes, a grocery store will carry it, sometimes a Wal-Mart will carry it, depending on where you're at. But this is good stuff and it's a gluten product, which is a pure form of protein. You can also make your homemade protein, but Morning Star is this type of thing. If you're a purist, it's going to have black pepper in it and things like that. But, it's still a good product. It's an easy product to fix. They have bake, they have fake bacon and all kinds of interesting stuff like that. So just take your time, enjoy it and just expect to spend longer in a grocery store than you usually have the first couple of times."
