"This tape is about fast food restaurants. Interesting enough, in this day and time, several fast food restaurants will offer you something to eat. Subway, of course, is the first one. They're going to offer you, what I call, a salad and bread. But, they'll also sometimes carry a vegetarian patty, such as the Gardenburger. Burger King offers a Gardenburger patty, which is very good. My husband loves it, it's his favorite. McDonald's offers a McGriddle and it is a pancake-type of thing that's grilled and they offer it with sausage. Just ask them to take the sausage off. I would ask them not to put the sausage on. But you better be explaining to them, "if you put it on there, and then you take it off, I'm going to look and I'm going to know and I'm not going to eat it." So you have to be very, very clear with some of these places. They don't mind doing it for you, but they're going to think it's okay if they just put it on there and take it off. Any of these fast food restaurants are usually very good and they love helping you. Just ask them. I've been to Whataburger and said, "Okay, I don't want a meat sandwich." And they'll say, "That's no problem. Our, we toast our bread. We don't put it on the grill and we'll just give you lettuce and tomato." And, I'm fine with that, that makes me happy. A lot of times I want you to understand that if you go to a fast food restaurant and they offer you breakfast, if they put the eggs on the grill, generally, that grill has to be well scrubbed or the eggs will stick to the grill. It can't have any animal products on it at all. So if you're wanting breakfast at a fast food restaurant, you're probably going to do okay."
