"Alright, now let's in the raw live food diet. Let's talk about seeds. We've got black seeds here which are very, very good for you. Unfortunately you can't just eat black seeds like this, they need to be soaked or they could be ground up. Then the nutrients would be readily available. This is Sunflower seeds. Again, we would soak these seeds for four to five hours so that they were at the point where they're ready to sprout. Then we would drain them and this is considered live food. Right now, it's raw, but when they're soaked, ready to sprout, it's considered live food. Here's Pumpkin seeds which we would do the same thing with and then the nutrients would all be readily available and we've taken a raw food and turned it into a live food. Here we have sprouts, that, here we have Sunflower seeds that have sprouted and this is considered live raw food and very, very good. These are clover seeds which we've soaked for about four to five hours and now there in the sprouting trays waiting to be sprouted. So this is pretty much how we'd go about getting our seeds ready to eat."
