"Hi, I'm Jan Kain and I'm back with another Chi Gong exercise. This one is very important. It's all about cultivating chi. Chi is your life force, everyone has it, everyone is capable of getting even more. Doesn't matter if you stand, if you sit, if you?re young, or old, or sick, or well. Everyone has this chi, this life force energy flowing through them. So, I'm going to show you how to create more chi within yourself. So here's what we're going to do. You're going to go ahead and just start rubbing your palms together. As you rub the palms together, you can do this standing, you can be seated, you can do this anywhere. Anywhere at all, any time you feel the need to just feel your own life force, your own magnetic energy. Just keep on rubbing until you start to feel the magnetic energy abound you. As you start to separate your hands, you're cultivating your chi, you're feeling that magnetism. You can actually feel, as you separate your hands, you can really feel this life force and the magnetic force coming in between. And, you can take them wide, you can take them big, you can get in close, you can go slow, you can take them round. There's so many things you can do, and you still want to keep that magnetic energy going. You're going to feel so much stronger and so much more energetic. So anytime you feel like you need an energy break you know what to do. A lot better than coffee and a donut."
