"Hi, I'm Jan Kain. We're warmed up, we've got the breathing and grounding under our belt, and we're going in to raising the arms. Now all of these exercises are designed to be done as individuals anytime you have the need or the want or you can put them all together into a flow. So, again, standing in neutral or seated in neutral. Abdomen pulled in nice and tight, shoulders rolled down, the back relaxed. You take that nice big deep breath in through the nose and you're going to exhale out through your nose and mouth and go ahead and just start raising your arms. Both arms together, moving from your spine, from your center, and bringing them straight up. As high as you can get them. The higher that you can get them, practically behind your ears with the shoulders rolled down the back, and lots of energy between your hands. Magnetic energy through the palms, magnetic energy through the fingertips. Arms as far back as you possibly can. Again, pull in the abdomen nice and strong. This is a great exercise for strengthening your core, your back, your arms. Just try staying here for a while. It may look easy, but there's work involved in this. Just breathe and relax, do as much as you can, when you're ready to come down, just bring them down the same way that they came up. By now you should feel so relaxed and strong. And, that was raising the arms."
