"Restorative called Reclining Hero Pose is another great one. This all depends on the flexibility in your quadriceps. You can gauge just trying to see how it feels to lean back. If you're really tight through here, I recommend sitting on a block or a blanket or something underneath your feet if you feel too much pressure. You want to slightly pull your feet out from underneath your behind and let yourself fall back. So before you do that, you'll set up your little support system here. So you can have the bolster to lay your head on. For me I don't need the blocks, so I can use the blocks and a pillow to support my back. And I can add an extra towel to support my head. So you get a recliner type feel from these props. Then you slowly, you can take and place your knees on either side of the cushions and you may want to scoot up a little bit forward. And keep walking forward till you find yourself reclining back. So, find a comfortable position. If you need more support, underneath your behind, you can take, roll a towel, a pillow, sit back on that and then continue to lay back. Set your timer for about three to five minutes, as one maybe a little more intense if you're not as flexible. So finding that support with your props is really important. Because the Restorative poses are supposed to be relaxing. So as you sit back, lay everything back, let everything fall, put your eye pillow on, you can let your hands fall to the side or on your stomach, wherever you're comfortable. If you need extra pillows, you can also put extra pillows on either side. And everything's supported. Set your timer and enjoy."
